I am Irene and I’m an Advanced Virtual Assistant, Content/Copywriter, Social Media Manager and Customer Service Expert. I help business owners free up their time so they can focus on higher level tasks for their business. I am efficient and effective in what I do. You will have the convenience and peace of mind in knowing that other aspects of your business are being taken care of effectively.
I’ve had diverse email support, chat support, inbound, outbound customer service, billing, sales, B2C/B2B service delivery experience in US, Australian, and UK accounts.
Offshore accounts receivable, data entry experience on ANZ, European and Canadian accounts.
I was also hired as a Content Writer/Producer and promoted to be Social Media Manager in a software solutions and website custodian provider based in New York.
I was an Amazon VA and eBay lister for a client in Israel catering to US customers.
I am also a freelance writer and loves writing from time to time.
