Responsibilities:
• Attending a pre-flight briefing for the designation of working position for incoming flight. Information of flight details, schedule and if there are passengers with any special arrangements, such as number of passengers in wheelchair and infants on board are given to ensure effective service.
• Carrying out preflight duties including checking the safety equipment and security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean ans tidy, ensuring that safety information cards are in the seat pockets and is up to date. Making sure that meals, drinks and stocks to be used for the flight is all onboard.
• Welcoming passengers on board and redirecting/assisting them to their seats.
• Informing aircraft safety procedures.
• Ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away in overhead bins,most especially on exit rows.
• Checking all seatbelts and galleys are secured prior to take off and landing.
• Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in an emergency situation.
• Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight
• Serving meals and refreshments
• Advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination.
• Giving first aid when necessary
• Ensuring passengers to disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead bins and no stowaways or suspicious items on board.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Bookings
• Accepts “Meet and Assist” service bookings from customers which may be coursed through different contact channels like email, phone, fax and walk-ins
• Issues corresponding vouchers to bookings that were confirmed and made 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight
• Ensures accurate filing of all voucher receipts in the Date File.
• Updates customer/passenger on details and corresponding flight schedules.
• Ensures that the receiver of the customer/passenger is already present at least 5 minutes the time of the passenger’s arrival.
• Prepares a summary report to guarantee an accurate and smooth handover of booking information to the succeeding shift.



Arrivals
• Ensures that the passenger who booked for the “meet and assist” service is met at the aircraft
• Ushers the passengers to the lounge and then assist them in the stamping of their passport/visa.
• Ensures that extreme convenience and a fast-track service are provided to the passengers at all times
• Ushers passengers to his designated baggage counter belt to claim his luggage
• Ensures the completion of the end-to-end process of the “meet and assist” activity by handing over the passenger to his/her respective receiver.
Departures
• Ensures that the passenger who booked for the “meet and assist” service is met at the departure area
• Ushers the passengers to the First Class Check-In counter to ensure convenience
• Assist passengers in the stamping of their passports in the immigration’s fast track counter
• Ushers the passengers to their respective boarding gates to ensure that they will not miss their flights.
